Using AI to Fill in the Gaps

Using AI to Fill in the Gaps

Work Smarter, Not Harder – Take Advantage of Artificial Intelligence In Unexpected Places

The world of AI technology continues to grow, and it can be a little overwhelming figuring out the best ways to utilize AI in your workplace. RMI is a small marketing firm, and we’re continuously looking at AI to help us “fill in the gaps” – expanding our capabilities by allowing our team to work smarter and more efficiently. We wanted to share a few ways that we’re using AI to improve our day-to-day operations.

HR & Training

Many small companies – including RMI – lack a dedicated HR department, but AI can help provide the resources and training needed to support your team. RMI uses Trainual to help us organize our team members and responsibilities, while creating training resources to capture our intellectual knowledge and share it among our staff.

Meeting Notes

Taking detailed meeting notes is an important service we provide for our clients, and AI makes it easier! Read.ai is a great tool for recording meetings and capturing meeting notes; it even summarizes the meeting content and pulls out action items for the team. It allows our team to stay focused and engaged in meetings while being confident we are capturing key information for our clients.

Itinerary Development

As a tourism marketing company, itineraries are labors of love for us. We utilize Travefy to help our clients collaborate on itinerary development and use the beauty of AI to help build out flight schedules, accommodations and daily adventures. It’s a brilliant time-saver and produces very professional itineraries that can be viewed and updated in real time to accommodate any last-minute changes.

The world of AI just keeps on expanding, and there are far more tools out there that can help you streamline your life: scheduling and calendar apps, writing and design tools, financial trackers and so much more. What are your favorite AI tools to use in the workplace? Send us an email to share your ideas – we can all help each other work smarter, not harder!

Until next time …
