Marketing Plan Development
We manage extensive, multi-market marketing plans for the Great American West. From proposal collection and budget management, to detailed execution including asset collection, client approval, and reporting, we ensure our client is inspiring consumers and receiving valuable product development in return through marketing co-ops, trainings, tradeshows, sales missions, and more.

Reporting

We help our clients stay accountable to their stakeholders with proven return on investment (ROI) reporting that tracks growth and validates investment. An example of our reporting for the Great American West program:

RMI’s TRIP Report is a comprehensive data analysis consisting of both product available for sale and actual room nights sold by targeted international tour operators. The TRIP Report offers proprietary insight into key international tourism markets, including state-specific product inventory, international tour operator overnights booked, estimated visitor spend and ROI calculations.

Quarterly Reports that combine identical tracking metrics from seven different markets into one report, and highlighting data for each of the five state clients to show both regional and individual returns.

Annual reports are produced each year for both the region and each state client to show ROI for the program and each individual investor. In these reports we analyze each touchpoint of the program: product and overnights offered, web and social engagement, new product development, media coverage, digital downloads, newsletter contacts and coverage, trade and media familiarization reporting, budget recaps, and ROI.

Email Newsletter Management

We coordinate large-scale quarterly e-newsletter campaigns for the Great American West to provide timely and trendy information to international trade members. We set topics, content guidelines and schedules for five states and up to 10 participating GAW suppliers; collect content and assets and distribute it to representatives in seven international markets for translation and distribution; and collect reporting that includes distribution, open and click-through rates for all markets.
