5-State Itinerary Project
We executed a product development project for the Great American West program, producing seven unique new itineraries that showcased a diverse line-up of activities and destinations throughout the five-state region. The itineraries were fully equitable among all states and utilized themes that appealed to the international traveler. Each itinerary was translated into German, French, Italian and Dutch and were developed with interactivity in mind for both website and print formats. They incorporated custom-built maps, detailed mileage information, high-quality visuals, and cohesive copy to unite the region.

We helped coordinate and manage a two-state cooperative marketing project between North Dakota and Minnesota with two key inbound receptives: Rocky Mountain Holiday Tours and American Tours International (ATI).

Travel Guide
We oversee the annual creation of the Great American West travel guide. This guide is the official consumer travel guide for the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Scandinavia, Australia, and New Zealand with nearly 200,000 copies produced and distributed annually. We work as the intermediary between the publishing house and our five state clients to produce and edit content, source imagery, verify translation accuracy, and confirm international distribution quantities. Throughout the year, we manage fulfillment requests for these guides across all markets and track downloads of the digital versions.

International Sales Mission
We coordinate multiple international missions annually for the Great American West program. These missions target meetings with key tour operator partners and media professionals to further educate them on the five-state region. We travel with our clients to ensure success and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise. We manage the budget, coordinate transportation and lodging logistics, prep training presentations and hand-out materials, all the while providing detailed leads reports and appropriate follow-up to all parties.
