12 Months of Giving Wrap-up

12 Months of Giving Wrap-Up

We Had a Great Year Celebrating Our 35th Anniversary!

As we close out another successful year at RMI, we want to share one of the brightest highlights of 2025: Our year-long commitment to giving back. At the beginning of this year, RMI sought to celebrate our 35th year in business, not by throwing a party or celebration, but rather by giving back to the communities we live in. The efforts put in by the entire staff have been fantastic, and it’s been such a rewarding year supporting the organizations that matter most to our team. During our 12 Months of Giving initiative, our team volunteered over a dozen hours, donated hundreds of dollars, and collected an immeasurable amount of donations to select charitable groups. This initiative has been extremely gratifying in reminding our team of the impact we can have outside of the office when we come together as one. We are “Getting There Together” for not only our industry, but the community as well. Take a look back at our year of giving!

JANUARY

Children with Hair Loss – Alyssa Winter

We began the year with both a monetary and 10-inch hair donation to Children with Hair Loss, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping provide free wigs to children facing medically related hair loss.

FEBRUARY

Wyoming Arts Alliance – Kim Snape
We supported the Wyoming Arts Alliance with a monetary donation to help fund the arts education programming across the state of Wyoming.

MARCH

Blood Donation with Vitalant – RMI Team
The RMI team rolled up their sleeves to donate blood, doing our part to help meet critical blood donation needs across the country. Not only did we donate in March, but our team is on an 8-week (56-day) rotation to donate every chance we are medically cleared to do so.

APRIL

Cheyenne Animal Shelter – Evan Thompson
April brought a volunteer opportunity at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. The team helped the shelter with everyday tasks such as kennel clean-up, dishwashing, play area trash pick-up and puppy playtime. Later in the year, we also hosted an animal shelter supply drive, donating toys, food, treats and other essential shelter items for animals in need.

MAY

Cheyenne Day of Giving – RMI Team
In May, RMI proudly supported the Cheyenne Day of Giving with a monetary donation to help local nonprofits provide essential resources to community members.

JUNE

Rooted in Cheyenne – Nicole Lebsack
Our team got their hands dirty in June by volunteering with Rooted in Cheyenne. RMI members helped plant trees around Cheyenne, beautifying our neighborhoods and bettering our air quality.

JULY

Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library – Mathias Jung
The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library officially opens in July 2026, and while the team in North Dakota is hard at work getting ready for opening day, RMI is proud to support the initiative of a historical preservation and public education of influential President Theodore Roosevelt.

AUGUST

Friday Food Bag Foundation – Ashlie Connelly
August was devoted to helping fight childhood hunger by volunteering at the Friday Food Bag Foundation. The RMI team helped pack bags of food for students who rely on donated weekend meals.

SEPTEMBER

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) – Lori Yunker
To support CASA’s annual fundraiser, RMI donated a silent auction basket benefiting the organization that helps protect vulnerable children in the court system.

OCTOBER

COMEA House & Resource Center – Scott Balyo
In October, we provided a monetary donation to COMEA House & Resource Center, helping offer shelter, resources and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness.

NOVEMBER

No Kid Hungry – Stacey Sheetz
November’s giving effort included a monetary donation to No Kid Hungry, helping provide meals to children nationwide.

DECEMBER

Salvation Army & Spread the Warmth – RMI Team

To close out the year, our team volunteered at the Salvation Army Toy Sort & Unpack and donated coats and winter items to the Laramie County Spread the Warmth Coat Drive.

We’re incredibly proud of the collective heart and dedication our team has shown throughout 2025. These efforts reflect who we are, not just as a company, but as people committed to making a difference. As we step into 2026, we look forward to another year of meaningful impact for our communities and clients.

Happy holidays from the RMI team! We wish everyone a safe and joyful holiday season.
